OUR SERVICE COMMITMENT


  • Guaranteed next day delivery on Branded PPE
  • Technical support and advice on all products
  • All enquiries responded to in 60 minutes


LOGOED GARMENTS


Heat Transfer
  • Where logos are held in stock on behalf of the customer, delivery will be the next working day for orders placed before our 2pm cut off
  • Lead times for non-stock products with stock logos will be quoted at time of order

Embroidered Garments
  • Where embroidery designs are held on behalf of the customer, delivery will be within 5 working days from date of order
  • If the number of embroideries on an order is 200 and over, lead times will be quoted at time of order
  • Lead time for non-stock products, where logo design is held in stock, will be quoted at time of order


UK DELIVERY

  • All delivery charges are net
  • Order value over £20.00 = £7.95 delivery charge to UK mainland
  • Trade account orders over £100.00 = free delivery
  • Standard delivery to Highlands & Islands, Northern Island and Republic of Ireland is 2-3 days, with an additional charge applied at time of order.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders with a value less than £20.00 net


Guaranteed timed delivery services are available as follows:

  • Pre 10.30 am delivery: £20.00
  • Pre 12.00 noon delivery: £11.95
  • Saturday delivery: £25.00
  • A same day delivery service is available to most areas of the UK. Please contact our customer services team on 023 9225 4442 for prices.


In all instances parcels are sent securely and tracked so we know the location of every item from leaving our depot, to arriving at your door. On rare occasions, parcels may take a little longer to arrive due to hazardous weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. We ask for your understanding at these times and assure you that we will do everything within our power to get your items to you as soon as possible.


DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK

Should you require delivery to a location outside of the United Kingdom, please contact our customer services team for information and prices.


SHORTAGES/DELIVERY ERRORS

Should they occur, we will be happy to resolve any shortages or discrepancies with deliveries, but we must be notified within 3 working days please.

We must also respectfully point out that it is the responsibility of the buyer to examine goods for defects in materials and/or workmanship which are likely to cause damage or injury.
