HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
TRADE CUSTOMERS
Trade account customers can place orders quickly and simply, using our customer portal, Mi365. If you require support or training, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.
If you don’t have a trade account but would like to open one, you can download our account application form here.
NON-TRADE CUSTOMERS
For non-trade customers wishing to purchase from us, please email: sales@signalglobal.co.uk with the following information:
- Full name
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- Contact telephone number
- Details of the product/s you wish to order (including quantity, size, colour)
NB. If your order is time critical, please provide details in your email so that we are aware.
Upon receipt of this information, we’ll send you an email with a pro-forma invoice for the goods, confirming price and any delivery charges, with a payment link. Simply make your payment using the link and your order will be processed straight away and despatched same day (if before 2pm) or next day if after 2pm.
