DELIVERY


Stock products

All orders for stock products, placed before 2pm, are despatched the same day for delivery the next working day.

Non-stock products

Lead times for non-stock products will be quoted at time of order.


UK DELIVERY

  • All delivery charges are net
  • Order value over £20.00 = £8.95 delivery charge
  • Trade Account orders over £100.00 = free delivery
  • Standard delivery to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland is 2-3 days, with an additional charge applied at time of order.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders with a value less than £20.00 net


GUARANTEED TIMED DELIVERY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Pre 10.30 am delivery: £25.00
  • Pre 12.00 noon delivery: £12.95
  • Saturday delivery: £28.00
  • A same day delivery service is available to most areas of the UK. Please contact our customer services team on 023 9225 4442 for prices


In all instances, parcels are sent securely and tracked so we know the location of every item from leaving our depot, to arriving at your door. On rare occasions, parcels may take a little longer to arrive due to hazardous weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. We ask for your understanding at these times and assure you that we will do everything within our control to get your items to you as soon as possible.


DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK

Should you require delivery to a location outside of the United Kingdom, please contact our customer services team for information and prices.


SHORTAGES/DELIVERY ERRORS

Should they occur, we will be happy to resolve any shortages or discrepancies with deliveries, but we must be notified within 3 working days please.

We must also respectfully point out that it is the responsibility of the buyer to examine goods for defects in materials and/or workmanship which are likely to cause damage or injury.

Logoed Garments

Heat transfer
  • Where logos are held in stock on behalf of the customer, orders will be fulfilled via our Fast-Track service: orders received by 2pm will be despatched same day for delivery the next working day.
  • Lead times for non-stock products with stock logos will be quoted at time of order
  • Lead times for new orders will be quoted at time of order
Embroidered garments
  • Where a logo design is held on behalf of the customer, delivery will be within 5 working days from date of order
  • Lead times for non-stock products where logo design is held in stock will be quoted at time of order
  • Lead times for new orders will be quoted at time of order


 RETURNS AND REFUNDS


  • Please ensure any shortages, errors and return requests are reported via email, to sales@signalglobal.co.uk
  • We cannot accept returned good without a Returns Authorisation form (available from sales@signalglobal.co.uk)
  • Branded goods cannot be returned for refund (unless faulty)
  • Returns cannot be processed unless we are notified within 14 working days of the order being accepted for delivery by the customer
  • Faulty goods that are being returned for inspection must be in a satisfactory clean condition
  • Unworn goods being returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition and still packaged in the original packaging
  • We can only accept goods ordered in error for credit if they are returned within 30 days of the date supplied, and if they are still in their original packaging
  • We reserve the right to levy a 20% restocking charge when goods are supplied in accordance with our customers’ instructions and subsequently returned
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return goods to us at their expense or we can collect for a fee of £20.00 per parcel.
